Product Return Policy

Defective items returned within 14 days will be replaced or refunded
Unopened items returned with 14 days will be refunded
Please include a brief note with the returned item(s) and your receipt indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange
If you wish to have a copy of your refund/exchange receipt sent to you as confirmation, please state this in your note and include your full shipping address.

We will gladly provide a full refund for items returned to us provided that:

Goods are in original packaging and condition; items damaged during the return shipment will not be accepted.
Packages are returned using a traceable shipping method (i.e. Purolator Courier or Expedited Parcel). Note: If you are returning the item(s) by mail, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost while being returned to us.
The original validated receipt with confirmation # must be returned with the product (we cannot accept credit card slips or email correspondence about your order in place of receipts); refunds will be credited to the original credit card number used.
Your returned package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the original purchase/delivery date
Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error in order processing or shipping by Carleton University or if the product is defective.

We will be glad to refund original shipping charges for items being returned due to our error.
